[Sems] error contacting sems

Hi,

there is a sample configuration for ser linked at the sems page 
http://iptel.org/sems

you can use the current version of sems with either the ser version that 
is linked from the page as well or the current CVS HEAD of ser 0.9.6 (co 
-r rel_0_9_0)
