rev 105 has become the rc1 for SEMS 0.10.0. There is a tarball for
download available at

 ftp://ftp.iptel.org/pub/sems/sems-0.10.0_rc1.tar.gz

and a set of sample configuration for sems and ser 0.9.6 is at the app
