[Sems] SEMS lines of code

we tried hard to get rid of a lot of them in between 0.9.6 and 0.10.0, 
but still...

cat *.cpp *.h | wc -l gives 20512, each of the 90 files has ~26 lines 
(c), which gives ~18172 lines for the core (not counting APIs, plugins etc).
