[Sems] logging the calling_number in MyCC application

Hello,

you can either use the SIP dialog's properties directly 
(dlg.remote_party or dlg.remote_uri), or save all call information you 
get in the invite in onSessionStart function, e.g. req.from or 
req.from_uri, and pass it along in the stopAccounting function.
