[Sems] New SIP stack for SEMS

Hello *!

the new SIP stack has now been merged into trunk. For those whishing to use 
it, just load the 'sipctrl' plug-in instead of 'unixsockctrl' 
or 'binrpcctrl'. Then, you can run SEMS without any SER.

The SIP stack will use following (default) network parameters:

listen=eth0
sip_port=5060

Please report any bugs you experience to help us improve this new piece of 
software.
